About Me

The most important thing about me is that I am one of God’s children because of the substitutionary and sacrificial death of Jesus Christ, the perfect man, in my place. Therefore, God has forgiven me of all the ways I have disregarded him and what he says (the Bible calls this “sin”). After his death, Christ did not stay dead, but he rose again and is alive today, proving he is also God! He is in heaven now and his return is imminent!

This is the core of my identity and everything else is secondary! I am also married to my beautiful wife, Addison, who I live with in Winston-Salem with our sweet doggy Naomi. I currently work as an engineer for the local government as well.

My consuming passion is to administer and explain the Bible (God’s written word) to others so that they can have deep joy in all circumstances and deep hope in the worst suffering.
